Arie Muniz provided a lovely setup that allowed Texans’ Richard King to put the team on top 1-0 in the opening minutes. Jonathan Yanez provide the Texans another goal at 69 minutes into the game that gave the Texans their winning goal.
Texans’ coach David Weldon credited his team with keeping its composure at that point. ”That’s probably the strongest thing about this team. There may be some more talented teams but they never quit, they have a lot of heart,” Weldon said. “This team has always had a lot of character.”
Matthew Strine and John Thomas were other standouts for Texans.
