Stuart Holden, 4-year member of the Texan 84/85 Red, has signed a pro contract for Sunderland of the English 1st Division.

Stuart played last summer with the U18 National Team in international games in several countries, including Korea. Most recently Stuart played two years with Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina. With the Texans, Stuart and the team were San Diego Surf Cup Champions in 2002 in the U19 Super Group Division and South Texas USYS National Cup State Champions in 2004.

Stuart becomes the 14th Texan since 1986 to sign a pro contract. Congratulations, Stuart!!
